Currently, Tiff has expanded her horizons with a new venture into real estate investing, where she has applied ger financial acumen to identify opportunities that benefit both the investments and the community. Through BlissBase Ventures, Tiff is committed to fostering community development and creating spaces that enhance the lives of those around her.

Gradey Iverson
As a real estate investor with a passion for community-focused projects, Gradey has dedicated and passion for helping others find success. With over a decade of experience in refining and emergency services, he made the leap into entrepreneurship, eventually finding his true calling in Mindset Coaching and Real Estate Investing.
Gradey specializes in creating opportunities through strategies like owner financing, subject to, and private lending, allowing aspiring investors and everyday individuals to get started with little upfront capital. His mission is to provide value while positively impacting lives — whether through short-term rentals, co-living spaces, helping others achieve financial freedom in real estate.
In addition to real estate, Gradey is passionate about mindset coaching for traders and entrepreneurs. He believes success begins with the right mindset and discipline, and helps others break through mental barriers to reach their full potential.
Outside of business, Gradey is a proud husband and a believer in Jesus, who guides him in all aspects of life. He also loves adventures and the outdoors.
